The rules for using Theylink. Short, because the product is simple.
The service
Theylink shows which sites link to one domain and not another, using the Linkos backlink index. By using theylink.app or app.theylink.app you agree to these terms. Theylink is operated by Linkos, a company registered in Greece.
Free comparisons and public pages
Anyone can run a comparison without an account. Every comparison creates a public page at /{a}-vs-{b} that anyone can view and share; the domains are public facts, and we may keep, index and list these pages (for example on Trending). Anonymous use is limited to 10 comparisons and 2 priority crawl requests a day.
Unlocks and Unlimited
- Site dossier, $9 one-time. Unlocks every referring page, link velocity, lost links, anchors and the CSV/PDF export for one domain, plus a $9 credit toward a comparison against it, valid 7 days.
- Outreach kit, $29 one-time. Unlocks the full gap list in both directions, editor contacts, pitch templates, action batches and exports for one pair. The pair stays unlocked for the buyer's account forever; re-runs are included for 30 days; two related comparisons are half price for 7 days.
- Unlimited, $49 a month. Unlocks every pair and every dossier, adds tracked competitors (5), the weekly digest and daily forced re-runs. Billed monthly through Stripe, renews until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period and anything you bought one-time stays yours.
- Agency, $149 a month. 10 seats, client workspaces, 25 tracked competitors and higher limits. Not available yet; early access is open at theylink.app/agency.
- Accounts. Created when you click the sign-in link we email after payment. You're responsible for who has access to that inbox.
- Refunds. If an unlocked comparison has fewer than 20 rows, or an unlocked dossier fewer than 50 referring pages, we refund automatically. Otherwise purchases are final — you saw the number before you paid. Unlimited is not refunded for partial months.
Acceptable use
- Use contacts for individual, relevant outreach. No bulk mail, no adding them to lists, no reselling or sharing them outside your team or client engagement. Honor unsubscribes and opt-outs.
- Don't scrape, mirror or bulk-download our pages. If you need volume, use the API.
- Don't use the service to build a competing backlink dataset, to harass site owners, or to place, buy or sell links. Theylink does not sell links and never will.
- Don't circumvent rate limits, Turnstile, or the anonymous quotas.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund for the current period.
Data accuracy
Every number comes from our own crawl and is an estimate as of the "checked" time shown next to it. LR is Linkos Rank, our metric — it is not Domain Rating, Domain Authority or any third-party score, and will differ from theirs. Reply rates and time savings on the site are reported figures, not promises.
API
The API is included with Unlimited (one key per account) and with Agency (one per workspace). Keys are for your own or your clients' use. The rate limits on the API page apply. Data obtained through the API is subject to the same acceptable use as the site.
Your content and ours
You own what you build with exports and templates. We own the index, the pages and the software. Comparison pages carry no confidential information — please don't put any in a domain name.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We aim for it to be up and fresh but don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that a given link exists. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Law
Greek law applies; courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
